• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and intake interviews with students to understand their mental health concerns, strengths, and potential barriers to learning
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each student’s unique needs, goals, and preferred therapeutic approaches
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to address mental health issues among students
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, ensuring a safe space for students to express their emotional experiences and develop coping strategies
• Conduct crisis interventions, risk assessments, and develop safety plans tailored for students experiencing acute distress or emergencies
• Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and support staff to create a coordinated care system that enhances student success
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions in accordance with ethical, professional, and legal standards, utilizing practice management technology to streamline processes
• Organize and lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups addressing relevant mental health topics

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents, offering services aimed at alleviating issues related to anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will play a crucial role in helping students navigate their emotional development, improve behavioral issues, and enhance their academic performance. Your expertise will be particularly beneficial to students facing significant life challenges, including familial, social, and academic pressures.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient clinical setting.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health practices.
