Here at LearnWell, we've dedicated ourselves to making a life-changing impact on the 10 million students currently in the U.S. who live with some type of behavioral health need (depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, eating disorder, substance use). For 26 years, we have provided on-site instructional services within the hospital setting, helping students to continue their academic progress during treatment and successfully reenter the classroom.

As our company continues to grow, our Student Services team works collectively to ensure that all students in our programs have accurate program documentation while ensuring compliance and security. We have a culture of being metric-driven and thinking outside of the box to strive for 100% of students being approved for academic services. ABOUT THE ROLE

LearnWell is looking for an organized and metric-driven Student Services Coordinator to ensure that all paperwork is entered and completed thoroughly within our CRM for each student. The role will entail data entry and data management tasks as well as communication and coordination with school district personnel. The ideal candidate for this role will maintain an uncompromising commitment to operational excellence and execution, exceptional attention to detail and focus on achieving outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Data entry and data management of all student information within our CRM platform.
  • Diligent review of required student documents within our CRM and collection of any missing information.
  • Communication to school district personnel regarding approval for students' academic services, and collection of students' schoolwork. Modes of communication would include phone, email, and/or fax.
  • Support to operational and teaching staff regarding information within our CRM and/or needed report generation

Position entails a 40 hour a week commitment, 8:00am-4:30pm (Eastern Time) - Monday through Friday. Starting salary is $17/hour. This position follows our traditional school year calendar so it's a 10-month role. Tremendous opportunity for growth and potential opportunity for work over the summer.   • Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
  • Primary Responsibilities: Data entry, CRM management, documentation review, and communication with school districts via phone, email, and fax
