Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Alight Wellness, you will have a dynamic role that includes:

  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and measurable goals tailored to each student's needs.

  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and care integrity.
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, school counselors, and other healthcare providers to create a holistic approach to student support and care.
  • Participating in weekly case consultations and professional development sessions to maintain high standards of care and continue growing your clinical skills.
