This position is fully remote, allowing licensed clinical social workers the flexibility to balance their professional and personal lives effectively. You will collaborate with other dedicated professionals in an outpatient mental health setting equipped with the latest technology. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Alight Wellness, you will have a dynamic role that includes:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for students facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and measurable goals tailored to each student's needs.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support students in overcoming obstacles and achieving personal growth.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and care integrity.
• Collaborating closely with teachers, school counselors, and other healthcare providers to create a holistic approach to student support and care.
• Participating in weekly case consultations and professional development sessions to maintain high standards of care and continue growing your clinical skills.
• Providing education and resources to students and their families about mental health, treatment options, and community resources.
• Managing a full caseload, ensuring effective tracking of progress towards treatment goals and adjusting approaches based on student feedback and outcomes.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, primarily students from various socio-economic backgrounds experiencing mental health concerns. This role requires understanding the unique challenges and stressors that impact youth today, such as academic pressures, family dynamics, and social relationships. Your expertise will be critical in building rapport and trust with young clients, setting the stage for successful intervention and growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience, with a focus on providing psychotherapy services to children and adolescents.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy and trauma-informed care principles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both clients and interdisciplinary team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to tailor interventions that meet the unique needs of each student.
• The capacity to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Experience working within a school or educational setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with remote therapeutic techniques and telehealth platforms.
• Knowledge of community resources and programs available for youth mental health support.
