This role is fully remote, allowing our LICSW to connect with clients through teletherapy sessions, which can be scheduled according to convenience, including evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' presenting issues, personal history, and treatment objectives, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy to guide clients in their therapeutic journey.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, continually assessing their progress and adapting strategies as necessary.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards while adhering to ethical guidelines and the legal requirements of the social work profession.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to enhance clinical skills and remain current with advances in the field.
• Establish and nurture a therapeutic alliance with clients, built on trust, empathy, and open communication, that fosters collaboration and meaningful engagement in their treatment process.
• Provide clients with practical strategies and support to effectively navigate life’s challenges, paving the way for personal growth and healing.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally within a private practice framework.
• Demonstrated proficiency in critical clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention execution.
• Exceptional communication abilities, empathy, and interpersonal skills that facilitate strong therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for virtual therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits
