Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A minimum of a Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating the creation of a supportive and effective therapeutic alliance with students and their families.
  • An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach, particularly regarding sensitive topics related to mental health and personal experiences.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain an effective caseload and support administrative responsibilities.

  • Experience working with school-aged populations and a familiarity with educational systems and challenges faced by children and adolescents in a school environment.
