Wellness Path Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote role. This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility for both the clinician and the families we serve. Working in collaboration with educational institutions in Athens, Georgia, you will connect with students and their families via telehealth platforms. This model not only ensures continuity of care but also improves access for students who may face barriers in traditional settings.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine each student's mental health needs, strengths, and resources.
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of the school-age population.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy as part of treatment protocols.
• Work closely with educators, school counselors, and parents to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support educational goals and student well-being.
• Engage in crisis intervention and safety planning, offering immediate support during critical situations.
• Maintain accurate client records and complete documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards within timely deadlines.
• Facilitate psychoeducation workshops and support groups to equip students and families with coping strategies and resources for mental health challenges.

The focus of this role is on school-aged children and adolescents, each facing distinct mental health challenges. You will work with a diverse group of students, including those experiencing anxiety, behavioral issues, and trauma, tailoring your approach to best meet their individual needs. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
• Must possess an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years' experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is essential.
• Strong proficiency in a range of evidence-based treatment modalities is expected.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with effective communication and assessment abilities.

• Prior experience working within a school-based environment or with children and adolescents is preferred, as well as familiarity with educational systems.
• Experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment within a youth population.
• A track record of collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists and educational staff.
