Job description

Position: Data Analytics & Technical Analyst
Location: Remote Position
Duration: 6+ Months
About the Role
  • This Data & Analytics Technical Analyst will be responsible for the investigation, resolution, coordination, and support of Data & Analytics Dashboards and Data & Analytics projects at HARMAN. You will primarily interact with HARMAN business users and aid them in bug fixes to their Qlik dashboards, addressing and resolving dashboard concerns & errors, optimization recommendations, enablement activities, and any general inquiries surrounding Data & Analytics platforms and assets at HARMAN.

Your Team
  • This position will report into the Manager of Data & Analytics Operations and has no direct reports.

What You Will Do
  • Collaborate with business users to resolve Qlik dashboards bugs and address any concerns to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Automation of Dashboard runbook.
  • Maintain response time standards to promptly address and resolve tickets, ensuring minimal impact on user productivity.
  • Follow ticketing processes via HARMAN internal ticketing tool and email.
  • Provide exceptional customer support for Data & Analytics platforms and assets' and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to develop and deliver user training and support for system changes, including user manuals and documentation.

What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
  • Proficient in Qlik Sense development and visualization software, including scripting and data modeling.
  • Experience with data integration and programming languages (SQL)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer facing support role preferably in a large organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically, with a high attention to detail.

  • Experience in a technical support role.
