Job description

Texas Sports Academy is building the next generation of schools for student-athletes.
Our model is simple and powerful: students complete 2 hours of AI-powered, personalized academics each morning, followed by 3 hours of elite sports training - all before the traditional school day is over.
Built on the Alpha School model, a nationally recognized education approach featured in Forbes, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal, Texas Sports Academy combines exceptional academic outcomes with world-class athletic development.
We are expanding rapidly across Texas, with a growing network of campuses and elite coaching partners, including 6x NBA All-Star Jermaine O'Neal.
The Role
We are looking for a high-agency Account Executive to help drive the next phase of Texas Sports Academy's growth.
This person will play a key role in expanding our school network and enrolling new families. You will build relationships with coaches, operators, and parents, lead presentations and info sessions, manage a strong pipeline, and help close founding families into our schools.
This is an ideal role for someone who is entrepreneurial, persuasive, organized, and excited about education, athletics, and helping build something meaningful from the ground up.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with coaches, sports operators, and parents across multiple sports
  • Engage qualified leads and guide them from initial interest through signed partnership or enrollment
  • Conduct virtual presentations and calls to explain the Texas Sports Academy model and value proposition
  • Host webinars, info sessions, and shadow days for prospective families
  • Manage a parent enrollment pipeline with strong follow-up and clear next steps
  • Close high-fit families into Texas Sports Academy schools as founding families
  • Work closely with leadership to improve messaging, sales process, and conversion rates

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong athletic background preferred, such as former college/pro athlete, coach, or trainer
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a pipeline with consistency
  • Experience using CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and deal stages
  • Excellent written communication across email, text, and Slack
  • Based in Texas, with Dallas-Fort Worth preferred

Compensation
  • $150,000+ ($200,000 OTE)

This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing education brands in the country and help build a new model for K-12 education.
