Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an accelerated, entry-level opportunity for early in career individuals with at least 1 to 3 years of professional experience who are ready to fast-track their careers with a global organization. The program is designed to prepare participants for a Lead Manager role within one year, with potential international career opportunities across BAT.Β 

As a Global Graduate in Human Resources, you will develop functional, leadership, and business capabilities through hands-on assignments and rotations. You will gain exposure across Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, HR Business Partnering, Rewards, HR Services, and Employment Law and Employee Relations while collaborating with HR professionals and business leaders to support our people strategy and deliver meaningful business results.Β 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct research and analyze data to support key HR initiatives, using insights to inform people strategies and business decisions.
  • Support the development and implementation of programs across Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, HR Business Partnering, Rewards, HR Services, and Employee Relations.
  • Contribute to early-career recruitment, learning and development, talent management, employee services, and other people-focused programs.
  • Research and analyze complex employee or policy-related matters, communicate HR policies and procedures clearly, and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Lead assigned projects through effective collaboration, independent judgment, personal accountability, and active participation in the program's training and development activities.

What are we looking for?Β 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least one to three years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Talent Management, or a related area.Β 
  • Willingness and ability to pursue career opportunities across BAT's global footprint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop clear, business-focused presentations.
