These programs are designed to develop future leaders by providing training, mentorship, and work experience across different countries and business functions. Global Graduates often rotate through various roles, gaining exposure to diverse cultures and business practices, which prepares them for leadership positions within the organization. The programs are highly competitive and seek candidates with strong academic records, adaptability, and a global mindset.

To thrive as a Global Graduate, you generally need a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse business environments. Familiarity with productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite and, depending on the industry, data analysis or project management systems is often required.
