POSITION: Special Education Paraprofessional 4.0 FTE
LOCATION: TCU High School in Montgomery, MN
Tri-City United Schools serves the communities of Le Center, Lonsdale, & Montgomery
STARTING DATE: 2025-2026 school year, week of August 25, 2025
SALARY RANGE: $17-$21 per hour based on qualifications and years of experience; $1/hour additional for fluency in Spanish or Teacher's license.
Per the Tri-City United ISD 2905 Student Support Staff Master Agreement
BENEFITS: Insurance, retirement and paid time off
REPORTS TO: Building Principal and Director of Special Services

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:
- Paraprofessionals work with students receiving Special Education services under the direction of the licensed special education teacher and perform duties to support the programming in general, and to meet student's individual academic, functional, social, and emotional needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly as part of the school team to support students.
- Understand and promote school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program within our schools
