MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented GTM Manager to join our Mission Readiness Team.
As a Go To Market Manager your focus is on bridging services and capabilities with government, military, or international procurement needs. These roles require a deep understanding of acquisition regulations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic positioning of technology.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies: Leading the planning and implementation of strategies for new product launches, feature rollouts, and market expansions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis: Gathering insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Define target audiences and value propositions: Clearly articulating who the product or service is for and what unique benefits it offers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Working closely with product development, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure a unified approach and smooth execution.
  • Manage launch plans: Overseeing timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor performance and optimize strategies: Tracking KPIs and analyzing data to evaluate the success of GTM initiatives and adjust plans as needed.
  • This position requires travel to client sites 50% of the time, including overnight and extended stays as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Requires +10 years' experience supporting Federal Civilian, Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.
  • Direct experience with the US Army, Special Operations Forces, Defense Health Agency, Department of State, and the Central Intelligence Agency.
  • Experience with military operations and interagency operations.
  • Understanding of Department of Defense Training and Doctrine and Foreign Military Sales.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with extensive travel and be able to work independently while on the road.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Foreign Military Sales acquisitions for equipment, technology and ordinance for multiple countries.
  • Establish and deliver an ACAT Program of Record owning program strategy and delivery, effectively communicating with senior leadership
  • Manage a comprehensive program integration through the Earned Value Management System and maintain rigorous control over all financial aspects and ensure portfolio budget and cost optimizations.

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must have a current/active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which involves delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The projected compensation range for this position is $124,800.00-$193,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
