• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop detailed treatment plans tailored to meet individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans.
• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion of reports and treatment records.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools provided by our clinical team to support accurate diagnosis and effective treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans effectively.
• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality and integrity of our services.
• Serve as a liaison among diverse service systems, state agencies, and community partners, advocating for client needs and facilitating access to resources.
• Promote open and effective communication within the clinic to align with contractual obligations and advance our mission.
• Engage with local, state, and federal agencies to cultivate potential partnerships and funding opportunities that enhance program offerings.
• Focus on continual personal and professional growth by attending relevant conferences, educational workshops, and community events.
• Champion our agency’s mission and values while carrying out duties assigned by the Clinic Director.

In this role, you will have the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and individuals navigating the complexities of developmental disabilities. • A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is essential for this position.
