At K2 Medical Research, we are transforming healthcare by delivering tomorrow’s treatments today. As a rapidly growing clinical research organization across Florida, Tennessee, and Rhode Island, we lead multiphasic trials in therapeutic areas ranging from neurodegenerative to cardiometabolic medicine. Our culture is grounded in clinical excellence and a patient-first mission. We are seeking mission-driven individuals ready to play a meaningful role in bringing life-changing treatments to the patients who need them most.

Align engagement strategies with clinical workflows and study opportunities. Identify barriers and implement solutions to improve provider collaboration and referral flow.
  • Referral Development & Clinical Integration: Drive physician engagement that supports consistent referral growth into clinical research. Ensure timely communication of study opportunities to providers and care teams. Optimize navigator activity to strengthen provider touchpoints and patient identification.
  • Field Leadership & Development: Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance development for Regional Navigators. Standardize engagement practices across regions to ensure consistency and quality. Conduct field visits and provider engagement activities alongside team members.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical operations, marketing, and study teams to align physician engagement with organizational needs. Incorporate provider feedback into engagement strategy and execution. Support enterprise initiatives focused on expanding clinical research access through physician networks.
  • Performance Metrics & Data Reporting: Oversee physician engagement performance metrics, including participation rates, referral conversion, and engagement activity outcomes. Analyze and track conversation-to-participation rates to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Develop and deliver monthly executive-level metric presentations summarizing regional performance, engagement outcomes, and strategic insights. Use data to continuously refine engagement strategy and improve physician participation outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven ability to manage performance metrics and drive measurable outcomes
  • Experience with contractual oversight, invoicing processes in healthcare settings
