Position: Special Education Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $850–$1,000 per completed task
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to IEP goal writing, accommodation recommendations, and behavioral intervention strategies.
  • Create realistic scenarios based on special education workflows like IEP meeting documentation and progress monitoring.
  • Annotate, label, and validate data across special education use cases, ensuring compliance with IDEA and other regulations.
  • Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas such as federal and state special education law and evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for special education AI.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3+ years of professional experience in special education.
  • Background in special education classroom instruction, IEP coordination, or applied behavior analysis.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate individualized student support workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
