Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment.
  • Engage with clients to co-create customized treatment plans that align with their individual needs, personal goals, and preferences, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate positive changes and coping mechanisms.
  • Educate clients and their families on mood disorders by providing comprehensive information regarding treatment options, effective self-care strategies, and available resources.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress carefully, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with a network of psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and holistic treatment strategies.
