Space Command and Control Operations Analyst
The Opportunity:
As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don't. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients' most complex problems-and find solutions that keep our nation safe.
Are you ready to apply your Air Force or Space Force operational Command and Control (C2) expertise to critical space missions? Join our Colorado Springs team as a Space Operational C2 Analyst, supporting the U.S. Space Force at Headquarters' Combat Forces Command in Space Domain Awareness, Battle Management, and Operational Space C2 programs.
In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and operational insights for new Space Force systems. You will coordinate with DoD and U.S. government organizations, as well as industry partners, on testing, fielding, and sustaining Space C2 systems, counter-space, and Space Domain Awareness capabilities.
You will also provide technical expertise and recommendations for the operational transition of new Space Force systems and support development and refinement of Space Control system concepts for satellite and space operations centers.

You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Operational Space C2 Analyst
  • Experience operating on a Joint or Service Field Command staff or higher
  • Experience briefing and advising senior leadership
  • Ability to collaborate across varying teams and organizations
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in DoW space career fields or military space programs, or Master's degree and 10+ years of experience in DoW space career fields or military space programs

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience in analytics, including in working groups or process teams
  • Experience facilitating, advising, and briefing DoD senior leader meetings
  • Ability to work with internal and external offices, directorates, and action officers
  • Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
