Role Summary
We are seeking an Anaplan Developer to design, build, and improve planning systems across Sophos' Sales and Finance Organizations. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, analytics teams, data engineering, and IT to shape Sophos' planning ecosystem.
What You Will Do
Solution Development & Governance
  • Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models supporting Territory and Quota Planning as well as Incentive Compensation Management

  • Lead model building efforts end to end, including: requirements gathering, design, development, UAT, training, and production support

  • Utilize Anaplan architecture best practices (DISCO, ALM, UX, performance)

  • Improve existing models with a focus on performance, usability, auditability, and long-term scalability

  • Identify feature gaps or planning process inefficiencies within the sales organization

  • Design and oversee multi-model, multi-workspace architectures that scale with the business

  • Define end-to-end data flows, integrations, and system dependencies

  • Partner with IT and Data teams to design governed integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, ERP)

  • Own model lifecycle management, versioning, and technical governance

  • Evaluate new Anaplan capabilities and drive architectural evolution

What You Will Bring
Required
  • 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise Anaplan solutions

  • Prior experience in sales operations, finance, business systems, or a related field

  • Proven track recordas a Product Owner and/or Developer for complex business systems

  • Deepexpertisein Anaplan best practices (DISCO, ALM, UX, performance optimization)

  • Experience designing and governing enterprise integrations (Salesforce, Snowflake, ERP, data platforms)

  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred
  • Certified Anaplan Developer or Anaplan Solution Architect

  • Experience in high-growth, transformation, or post-merger environments

  • Familiarity with agile product delivery at enterprise scale

  • Experience with Salesforce and data visualization platforms such as PowerBI and Tableau

  • Proficiency in SQL

$105,000 - $175,000 a year
In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from 105,000 to 175,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate's specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
