Role Overview for Senior Performance Analyst
Wondering what your day-to-day could look like as our new Senior Performance Analyst? In this role, you'll play a key part in helping us deliver innovative battery energy storage solutions to customers around the world. You'll report to Sr. Performance Engineering Manage in our Engineering department, and contribute your expertise to exciting projects, and help us set new standards for quality and sustainability in the industry.
Whilst you're working in Engineering, your work will directly impact our mission to create a cleaner, brighter future. We're looking for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves, share their ideas, and make a real difference-every single day.
What You'll Be Doing as a Senior Performance Analyst
  • Support the commissioning, performance monitoring, and operational diagnostics of Solbank Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

  • This role requires strong technical expertise in BESS systems, data analysis capabilities, and familiarity with control and communication protocols used in energy storage applications.

  • Assist with commissioning and troubleshooting of Solbank BESS systems under the direction of the Performance Engineering Manager.

  • Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, system inefficiencies, and potential fault conditions.

  • Support remote and on-site diagnostics of BESS faults, alarms, and performance deviations.

  • Assist in capacity testing, data collection, and analysis.

  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

  • Maintain technical documentation including system performance reports and diagnostic logs.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on system performance and reliability.

  • Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with safety protocols, engineering standards, and company policies.

  • Maintain and improve system reliability and performance.

  • Team up with talented colleagues and partners to achieve project goals.
