Job description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Outbound sales)

Duration: 6 months

Shift: Training 8 am to 5 pm | Monday-Friday, 

Note: After training they will move to their perm shift. Shift will be from 9-5:30 pm EST.

Location: Remote


Pay Range: $22.00 - 24.00/hour

Additional Notes:

They are expected to make around 250-300 calls a day on marketing provided leads. So warm dialing, no cold calling.  This leads to about 60-80 conversations per day.

Will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s.

Work performed:

  • Lead Development Reps (LDR) book appointments for the Account Executives to have a deeper conversation on a typically 30ish minute sales call.
  • You’re an enthusiastic self-starter who is genuinely interested in people and you have a knack for getting others engaged in conversation
  • Identifies and consider innovative approaches to situations or problems.
  • Ability to flex from one priority to another and make smart decisions about where and how to invest your time
