Description
SDR Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media (LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Research and identify potential leads within the target market based on defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
  • Craft personalized outreach messages that align with Blue Sage's value proposition
  • Qualify leads using predefined criteria
  • Engage prospects in initial discovery conversations to assess fit and intent
  • Disqualify non-fit prospects promptly to maintain pipeline quality
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and discovery calls for the Blue Sage sales team
  • Coordinate calendars and send timely confirmations and reminders to prospects
  • Log all prospect interactions, notes, and activity in Hubspot accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain and update lead and contact records within Hubspot
  • Submit weekly activity reports covering calls made, emails sent, and meetings scheduled

Requirements
  • 1+ year of outbound prospecting experience (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Hands-on Salesforce or CRM experience
  • Available 25-35 hrs/week as an independent contractor through December 2026
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with lead qualification frameworks
