About the Opportunity

We are seeking customer-focused, detail-oriented professionals to join a Social Media Customer Care team supporting consumers across multiple digital channels. This role is focused on engaging directly with customers who have questions, concerns, or need assistance through social media platforms.

Important: This is not a content creation or marketing role. Associates will not be creating advertisements, videos, or social media campaigns. Instead, the focus is on delivering exceptional customer support and resolving customer inquiries through written communication on social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments through social media channels including Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, Google Play, App Store, and other digital platforms.
  • Provide timely, professional, and empathetic customer support through written communication.
  • Create, update, and manage customer support cases requiring additional assistance.
  • Maintain assigned caseloads while meeting productivity and quality metrics.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, vehicle support concerns, dealer-related questions, and service requests.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and educate customers on products, features, and services.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
