• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for students, developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and align with their individual needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), as well as other modalities, tailored to promote emotional recovery and resilience among students.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that adhere to HIPAA regulations while promoting confidentiality and ethical standards in all dealings.
• Collaborate with educational and mental health professionals, including teachers and psychologists, to provide an integrated support system that fosters student development.
• Engage in case consultations and participate in regular peer review sessions to ensure the highest quality of care and to remain updated with industry best practices.
• Educate students and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, equipping them with the tools necessary to manage challenges effectively.
• Stay informed of the latest research in the mental health field, integrating evidence-based techniques into your daily practice for optimal patient outcomes.

You will primarily work with students facing a range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Your mission will be to provide them with a safe, supportive, and understanding space where they can express themselves, process their experiences, and work towards recovery and personal growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, indicating a strong foundation in social work principles.
• An active, state-recognized license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) demonstrating your qualifications to practice.
• A deep understanding of solution-focused therapy and the ability to customize therapeutic interventions to meet diverse client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and their families effectively.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex situations creatively and resourcefully.
• A team-oriented mindset, valuing collaboration and mutual support with colleagues for the best outcomes.

• Previous experience working in educational settings, especially with children and adolescents, is highly desirable.
• Experience in trauma-informed care practices and working with marginalized communities will be advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
