Our team of Social Security Disability lawyers and representatives has helped thousands of individuals through the arduous process of obtaining Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Security income (SSI) through the Social Security Administration.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Security Disability Claims Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with the application process, gathering necessary documentation, advocating on behalf of clients, and ensuring that all claims are processed accurately.
Responsibilities:
  • Gather required documentation and information from clients to support their claims.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process which can be lengthy.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure that their claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with social security administration officials to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
  • High call volume
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and claim status updates.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to social security policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience working with social security claims or similar benefits programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to empathize with clients and provide compassionate support.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software programs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of social security policies and procedures (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual office environment.
  • Knowledge of virtual phone systems and online scheduling software.
