Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide ongoing treatment for adults facing various emotional disorders through synchronous live video sessions.
  • Utilize our user-friendly therapist portal for timely clinical documentation, enhancing efficiency and minimizing administrative burden.
  • Incorporate automatically administered self-assessments to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to meet their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to deliver comprehensive and holistic treatment solutions.
  • Engage in regular consultation and support from the Therapy Leadership Team, ensuring you have the resources necessary for effective clinical practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on treating adults of various age groups and backgrounds who are navigating emotional disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and those experiencing suicidal ideation. Our goal is to create a therapeutic space where all clients feel understood, respected, and supported in their journey towards mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • An independent license in mental health counseling within your state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC), with multi-state licenses being a significant advantage.
  • Strong commitment to providing culturally responsive care and an eagerness to work with diverse populations.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of recent experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions for individual adults.
