• Conduct thorough and insightful remote assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans to address their needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide individual therapy sessions that resonate with clients’ unique backgrounds.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic objectives, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to their treatment plans as needed.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive online environment for clients seeking mental health assistance.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards to protect client confidentiality and care quality.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to advance your clinical expertise and stay informed about the latest mental health trends and methodologies.

You will be working with a diverse array of clients who have been pre-screened for stability and low acuity needs. This allows counselors to focus on delivering high-quality care without the added pressure associated with acute mental health crises. Your caseload may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and life transitions, thereby presenting you with a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in their lives.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
• An active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential. Please note that we do not accept interns or candidates with limited permits.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a record of effectively establishing rapport with diverse client populations.
• A clean professional license, with no disciplinary actions or violations.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.
• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with digital counseling platforms is highly preferred.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
