Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the specific needs of your clients.
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to track client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A valid and active license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or similar.
  • Proven experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with the mental health challenges experienced within different communities.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in remote therapy settings, utilizing telehealth tools to cater to clients effectively.
  • Background in substance abuse treatment and awareness of co-occurring disorders.
  • Understanding of family therapy dynamics and relationship counseling.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
