• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the specific needs of your clients.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to track client progress.
• Develop personalized and detailed treatment plans, ensuring they are regularly updated to reflect clients' evolving needs and goals.
• Actively participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance the overall treatment plan and client outcomes.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to connect with clients, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to best practices in remote counseling.

This role primarily interacts with individuals facing complex challenges related to substance abuse, mental health disorders, and related relationship issues. You will play a vital role in supporting these clients throughout their recovery journey, providing not just therapeutic assistance but also empathy, guidance, and practical strategies for living healthier lives.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid and active license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or similar.
• Proven experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with the mental health challenges experienced within different communities.

• Experience working in remote therapy settings, utilizing telehealth tools to cater to clients effectively.
• Background in substance abuse treatment and awareness of co-occurring disorders.
• Understanding of family therapy dynamics and relationship counseling.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
