• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing telehealth tools to establish clients’ mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring they are adapted for remote delivery and responsive to the unique challenges faced by students and their families.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records in compliance with applicable regulations, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems to document interactions and treatment progress transparently.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals through regular virtual meetings and consultations.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available treatment options, employing digital resources to facilitate understanding and accessibility.
• Stay informed on the latest research, treatment modalities, and best practices in mental health through virtual professional development opportunities.

Your patient population will primarily consist of students in school environments, who present with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and developmental disorders. You will work closely with families, providing them with guidance and resources to support their children's mental well-being and ensuring proactive engagement in their care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Georgia is required.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations.
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused interventions and flexibility in applying therapeutic techniques in a remote context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and build trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Experience working within school systems or with youth populations is highly desirable.

• The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $80,000 and $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
