Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Location: Indiana
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a remote care team serving clients through telehealth. This position centers on direct clinical work, including assessment, diagnosis support, therapy, treatment planning, and ongoing case oversight. You will play an important role in helping clients address mental health concerns, improve coping skills, and work toward realistic treatment goals from the convenience of a virtual setting. This opportunity is well suited for an LCSW who values organized care delivery and clear clinical communication.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients across Indiana
  • Complete intake assessments and gather relevant psychosocial history
  • Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical needs
  • Document sessions, interventions, and progress notes accurately
  • Review client response to treatment and modify plans when needed
  • Use technology effectively to deliver professional virtual care

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • Current Indiana LCSW license
