We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and support client and company marketing initiatives.


Position Overview

As a Remote Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and support business growth. You will be responsible for creating content, managing publishing schedules, monitoring engagement, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with designers, video editors, and marketing team members.

This position is ideal for someone who understands current social media trends, content marketing, and audience engagement across multiple platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Write compelling captions and coordinate visual assets with the creative team.
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement while maintaining a professional brand voice.
  • Analyze social media performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Identify trends, emerging platforms, and new opportunities to improve audience growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, video editing, and business development teams on campaigns.
  • Assist with product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and marketing objectives.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing business or brand social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Experience with social media scheduling platforms such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
