As a remote social worker, you will have the flexibility to create your own workspace while benefiting from our technologically advanced systems that ensure effective service delivery. You will collaborate virtually with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, sharing resources and best practices to enhance patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, gaining insights into patient histories and current mental health statuses to tailor effective treatment plans.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to suit each client’s individual needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient information is handled with care and confidentiality.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the quality of care provided, sharing observations and strategies with fellow team members.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them on their recovery journey.
• Stay current with developments in the mental health field to continuously refine your practice and improve therapeutic outcomes.

You will work primarily with individuals in the detox process, who may also experience co-occurring mental health and substance use issues. Our diverse patient demographics include adults from varied backgrounds facing a range of challenges. Your role will involve understanding their unique experiences and employing a compassionate and individualized approach to therapy.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, ideally working with mental health or substance use disorders, is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with the treatment team.

• Experience in an outpatient mental health setting or detox facility is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation standards.
• A strong commitment to professional development, including attending workshops and trainings relevant to mental health practices.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
