  • Mission-driven product with measurable real-world impact
  • Significant long-term growth potential, including equity participation
  • Strong leadership team with experience scaling successful technology organizations
  • Uncapped earning potential with a compelling compensation structure

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business growth across state, local, and municipal government accounts throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware

  • Conduct executive-level presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions
  • Collaborate closely with internal leadership, customer success, and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and territory management practices
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, regional events, and customer meetings

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success selling enterprise technology solutions into State, Local, and Education (SLED) organizations, municipalities, public safety agencies, or local government entities
  • Experience selling GovTech, SaaS, AI, infrastructure technology, public safety technology, transportation technology, or related solutions

  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a territory-based sales role
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must currently reside within Maryland, Virginia, or Delaware

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling directly to municipalities, police departments, transportation agencies, public works departments, or related public-sector organizations
  • Experience within early-stage, venture-backed, or high-growth technology companies
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes and public-sector buying cycles
  • Background selling innovative or category-creating technology solutions
