The Role
As part of the B2P function within the Off-street North America team, the Regional Sales Director is a critical leadership position. Reporting directly to the Head of Off-street, North America, you will focus entirely on leading, scaling, and empowering a dynamic team of Regional Sales Managers.
Your mission is to architect and execute regional strategy, mentor a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth through strategic oversight of our sales pipeline. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our western footprint and directly contribute to the success of a global mobility platform by building a world-class sales organization.

  • Team Leadership & Excellence: Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team to achieve individual targets and collective regional quotas.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to drive new logo acquisition and accelerate revenue growth across your territory.
  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Oversee complex B2P sales cycles, providing rigorous pipeline forecasting, risk mitigation, and strategic guidance on tailored proposal processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align regional efforts with global objectives and ensure seamless post-sale execution.
  • Sales Enablement: Continuously upskill the team on localized messaging, navigating complex commercial objections, and mastering enterprise contract negotiations.
  • Market Ambassadorship: Represent Arrive at national trade shows, conventions, and industry forums, elevating our brand presence in the region.

You are a collaborative, strategic, and driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments where requirements evolve quickly. As an expert communicator, you are comfortable engaging with high-level internal and external stakeholders. Your background
  • Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in sales leadership, with a documented track record of managing high-performing enterprise or B2B sales teams to quota achievement.
  • Industry Expertise: Significant sales or sales management experience within the parking, mobility technology, or a closely related SaaS/PropTech industry.
  • Enterprise Sales Mastery: Deep expertise in managing long-cycle B2P sales, strategic pipeline forecasting, and complex contract negotiations.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: High proficiency with modern sales technology stacks, specifically Salesforce and G Suite.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and translate data into actionable regional strategies.

Location & Travel: This is a remote position open to candidates residing anywhere within the Western or South Central regions of the United States, stretching from Texas through California and the West Coast.
