Director, Product Management - Data Center Technology & Robotics
Position Overview
JLL Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for our rapidly expanding data center technology portfolio and emerging robotics initiatives within our Workplace Management (WPM) division. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep domain expertise in data center infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, and automation technologies who can immediately drive product decisions across our technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
Data Center Technology Leadership
  • Work in partnership with the business to define strategy and roadmap for JLL's comprehensive data center technology stack, including infrastructure automation, DCIM/BMS/NOC systems, and intelligent operations platforms
  • Manage product integration across our JLL Smart Building Platform/IOC (Intelligent Operations Center) and global data center operations

Emerging Technology & Robotics Research
  • Lead research and product development initiatives for robotics applications within workplace management operations
  • Evaluate and recommend automation solutions that enhance our delivery, operations, and actualization capabilities
  • Drive innovation in analytics, diagnostics, and workflow automation technologies

Product Management Excellence
  • Work closely with REMs Workplace Management business division to identify technology requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Manage customer-facing platforms including developer consoles, APIs, billing systems, and customer portals (Supermicro Supercloud integration)
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products that integrate seamlessly with existing CMMS, ticketing, and security ecosystems

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of product management experience with 4+ years specifically in data center infrastructure, cloud computing, or enterprise hardware solutions
  • Deep technical knowledge of data center operations, including DCIM systems, network hardware, server infrastructure, and storage solutions
  • Knowledge of server and network storage and infrastructure automation management.
  • Experience with IoT platforms, building management systems (BMS), and network operations centers (NOC)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in robotics, automation, or emerging workplace technologies
  • Experience with Supermicro, Hitachi, Lumen, or similar enterprise infrastructure vendors
  • Knowledge of intelligent building platforms and smart building technologies
  • Previous experience in facilities management or workplace services technology

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
