A Remote Smart Building specialist is a professional who manages, monitors, and optimizes building systems—such as HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management—using advanced digital technologies and remote connectivity. They leverage IoT (Internet of Things) devices and automation software to ensure buildings operate efficiently and safely, often without being physically present on-site. Their responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, analyzing data for performance improvements, and coordinating with on-site teams to implement solutions.
