As we continue to grow, we’re looking for motivated and experienced 1099 sales professionals with a passion for healthcare to join our expanding team. This role involves promoting our wound care and skin graft products to Mobile Wound Care Clinics, Private Practices, and other medical professionals. Success in this position requires strong relationship-building abilities, a solid understanding of the wound care space, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Description

· Promote our innovative, FDA-cleared wound care solutions to medical professionals and healthcare facilities.

· Conduct product presentations to highlight the advantages and clinical benefits of our wound care and skin graft offerings.

· Deliver outstanding client support by promptly responding to questions and resolving any concerns.

· Educate providers on available treatment pathways and support them in becoming referral sources.

· Identify qualified patients and refer them for our in-home or clinic-based wound care services.

· Develop and manage your personal client portfolio, maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective partners and patient leads.

· Participate in provider meetings, community outreach initiatives, and local networking events.

· Work closely with the SkinSano and support staff to ensure smooth patient onboarding and coordinated care delivery.

· Uphold patient privacy and adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations at all times.

· Oversee assigned accounts by reviewing sales metrics and uncovering new growth opportunities within your region.

Experience Required

· Strong knowledge of chronic wound care practices and treatment options.

· Demonstrated success in negotiating deals while fostering and preserving strong client partnerships.

· Background in managing client accounts is advantageous, showing the ability to handle multiple accounts effectively.

· Understanding of customer service best practices to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

· Highly motivated and able to work autonomously while managing a flexible schedule.

· Prior sales experience with skilled nursing facilities, home health providers, or outpatient clinics is highly desirable.

· Exceptional skills in presenting, communicating, and building relationships.

· Must have dependable transportation for regular local travel.
