Work Environment

The role is completely remote, allowing for a flexible work environment where you can conduct sessions from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, employing ethical and compassionate approaches tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize evidence-based solution-focused treatment modalities to help clients navigate their mental health challenges.

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate clients’ self-exploration to foster insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships, aiding them in understanding their mental health journey.

• Implement techniques to assist clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms and addressing any barriers to their progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in the state of Colorado or the state where you will practice.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with hours worked and experience level. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide:
