Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, maintaining a warm and ethical approach.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs and circumstances.
• Collaborate with clients to formulate comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring they align with their personal goals.
• Encourage client self-discovery and insights to enhance their understanding of their emotions and relationships.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to foster improvement.
• Develop coping strategies that are practical and effective for your clients, promoting long-term mental health stability.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily consist of stable, low-acuity adults seeking assistance with various mental health concerns. In this role, you will recognize the importance of building rapport and trust, offering each client individualized attention to help them improve their quality of life and achieve their personal mental health objectives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, active licensure is required, with eligibility to practice independently in one of the following areas:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to empathize with clients.
• Proficiency in technology and strong computer literacy skills are essential.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in providing telehealth services is desirable, as well as familiarity with digital therapeutic platforms and the nuances of remote counseling.
