Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations tailored to the specific needs of each client, ensuring individualized therapy strategies.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies to individuals, groups, couples, and families, incorporating diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality and client privacy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Continuously engage in professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and therapy techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our LPCs serve a varied client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults grappling with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and familial issues. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client populations.
• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team to enhance overall client care.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technological tools to manage patient information efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in therapeutic areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development and engagement in continuing education.

• Attractive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
