Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individualized therapy for clients using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, establishing measurable goals and effective interventions.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to provide community and shared experiences for clients.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure coordinated care and effective communication among all professionals involved.
• Conduct crisis interventions and risk assessments to ensure client safety, providing immediate support as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards while ensuring confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse clientele includes individuals seeking assistance with substance use disorders and mental health challenges intertwined with their recovery journey. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our detox center, you will work with clients facing various levels of mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Your compassionate approach and expertise will be instrumental in guiding them through their healing process.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly in the context of substance use treatment.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communication, assessment skills, and a commitment to client-centered care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
