VXI is seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Relations Representatives to join our world-class contact center. This is a full-time, remote position based in the state of Texas.

As a Customer Relations Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with our client’s vehicle owners, dealerships, and field offices to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your efforts will directly impact customer retention and brand loyalty.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers by answering incoming phone calls to address inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Problem Resolution: Analyze customer concerns and inquiries, providing appropriate solutions. Take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Multi-Tasking Excellence: Manage multiple software applications simultaneously while actively listening and responding to customers' needs.

  • Research & Support: Utilize online resources to research customer issues and provide support, especially with in-vehicle technology (e.g., Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto, Bluetooth, navigation systems).

  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience by researching unique customer requests and offering solutions.

  • Technical Assistance: Provide troubleshooting assistance for in-vehicle technology, including phone pairing, multimedia products, and navigation features.

  • Emotional Intelligence: Use strong emotional intelligence to manage and diffuse challenging situations, ensuring a positive and low-effort experience for customers.

  • Attendance & Punctuality: Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality to ensure seamless service delivery.

What You Bring

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced, phone-based or customer-facing environment.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficient knowledge of in-vehicle technology (e.g., Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto, Bluetooth, navigation).

  • Automotive experience (e.g., dealership, technician, or automotive industry roles) is a plus.

Experience:

  • 6+ months in a contact center or customer service role with high call volume.

  • Proven ability to handle 100+ calls/day while staying composed.

  • Availability: Ability to work varied shifts within Contact Center hours (Monday to Friday, and Saturdays) based on business needs.

  • Commitment: Must attend and complete 100% of the training within the first 90 days.
