• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and utilize evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to equip clients with coping mechanisms and strategies for managing their conditions.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, assuring confidentiality and the highest level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals within a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of patient care, ensuring a cohesive treatment experience.
• Participate in regular peer consultations and case reviews to discuss treatment efficacy and share insights that contribute to continuous improvement in practices.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, medication management, and available community resources, supporting informed decisions in their treatment journey.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and create a supportive environment.
