Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health concerns, strengths, and resources of clients, allowing for tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated care is in place for clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning during times of acute need, ensuring client welfare is prioritized at all times.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational programs that promote community support and shared experiences among clients.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and clinical standards to support best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Many of your clients will be dealing with complex emotions related to hospice care, making it essential that you possess a high degree of empathy, understanding, and professionalism in your approach. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong foundational knowledge of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to engage effectively with clients and the treatment team.

Preferred Experience

While minimum experience requirements include at least two years in a mental health or outpatient setting, candidates with specific experience working with hospice clients or end-of-life issues will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth technology and practice is an added bonus, as this allows for seamless remote service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 90,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
