Position Overview
The Mobile Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations and scheduling of the McGraw Ford Mobile Service program. This role acts as the communication hub between customers, technicians, advisors, and management to ensure mobile service appointments run efficiently and professionally.
You will help customers receive convenient service at their home or workplace while supporting Ford's growing focus on customer experience and mobile repair solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, repair status, and vehicle concerns
  • Dispatch mobile service technicians efficiently throughout the day
  • Coordinate parts availability prior to appointments
  • Work closely with the service department to prioritize repairs and workflow
  • Monitor route efficiency and technician productivity
  • Maintain accurate customer and repair records
  • Assist with warranty documentation and repair order management
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and positive experiences
  • Help grow the Mobile Service Department through outstanding customer care
