• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to understand each client's strengths, needs, and challenges.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy interventions for individuals, families, and groups to address mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure optimal care coordination and support for clients’ overall wellness.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and facilitate access to necessary community resources and support services tailored to their particular situations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and therapeutic outcomes within electronic health records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage actively in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to continuously enhance clinical expertise and share knowledge with peers.

In your role as an LICSW, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use challenges. You will employ a strengths-based approach to support clients in setting achievable goals, monitoring progress, and fostering resilience in their mental health journey.

• Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience providing direct social work services in a mental health setting.
• Expertise in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to diverse client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with a wide range of clients.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practices in every aspect of clinical care.

• Experience working within telehealth platforms or providing remote therapy services.
• Certification in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing diverse client caseloads in a clinical setting.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
