Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A valid Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
  • Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a recognized mental health setting is required.
  • The candidate must be license-eligible as per state requirements with a valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Outstanding communication skills that enable the establishment of trust and rapport with clients quickly.
  • Ability to be an empathetic listener while still providing constructive guidance towards emotional healing.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially in maintaining client records and session notes.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
