The person we're looking for:
PUBG Studios Madglory seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our ambitious AAA live-service multiplayer shooter. You will own, develop, and execute high-impact online and offline marketing strategies across the full product lifecycle - from the initial launch through long-term live service - ensuring the game builds and sustains a passionate global community of players while meeting its commercial objectives. This position reports to the Publishing Lead and primarily works during CT business hours Mon-Fri but requires regular evening meetings for international collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Lifecycle Ownership
  • Own, manage, and champion full-lifecycle product marketing campaigns from strategy through go-to-market and post-launch live operations, while driving alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive online and offline marketing strategies for the game's launch and ongoing live-service operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional marketing teams to ensure tactical execution aligns with the marketing strategy and financial objectives of the product.
  • Design and operate platform-specific campaigns across all major platforms (PlayStation, Xbox, and PC).
Go-to-Market & Partnerships
  • Execute across all go-to-market functions and opportunities, including consumer product integrations, channel marketing, and partner marketing.
  • Lead marketing collaboration with key platform holders (Sony, Microsoft, etc.) and internal teams including Development, PR, Community and others.
  • Drive influencer and creator partnerships, community events, esports, and seasonal content marketing.
Agencies, Creative & Media
  • Lead and manage relationships with external marketing agencies, media partners, and creative vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Work with external agencies and internal creative partners to produce best-in-class marketing content, including key art, logos, video trailers, and social media assets.
  • Plan and deploy effective paid advertising campaigns across a range of scopes and objectives, in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.
Performance, Analytics & Budget
  • Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, reach, engagement, conversion, player acquisition cost, retention, and revenue.
  • Analyze campaign performance, player feedback, and market trends to derive actionable insights and continuously improve marketing efficiency.
  • Drive data-informed decision making through regular reporting, A/B testing, and post-campaign analysis.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of video game marketing experience, with a strong preference for live-service multiplayer titles.
  • Deep understanding of the shooter, multiplayer, live-ops, and free-to-play games landscape.
  • Demonstrated success organizing and championing a marketing plan from strategy through go-to-market and post-launch live operations.
  • Direct experience working with and managing external marketing agencies (creative, media buying, performance, PR, or social).
  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners including platform holders.
  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to run multiple projects across multiple teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of how to appeal to and engage both the endemic gaming audience and the mass-market consumer.
  • Ability to produce and evaluate creative work through the lens of good creative direction, product positioning, and marketing objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data, player feedback, and performance metrics into clear strategic actions and business cases framed by KPIs and ROI.
  • Ability to set and meet expectations for timelines, budgets, and deliverables with quality and consistency.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets, including monthly expense tracking and forecasting.
  • Able to work during 11am-4pm CT Monday-Friday with regular availability during 8-11pm CT for international collaboration meetings
