The Global Senior Marketing Procurement Manager is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping and executing global marketing procurement strategies across Sazerac. In this remote Louisville-based position, you will partner with Brand, Marketing, and National Accounts teams to optimize marketing investments, drive innovation, and strengthen supplier partnerships. You will also lead a Procurement Manager focused on point-of-sale (POS) initiatives while helping influence how our brands execute and scale marketing programs around the world.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute global procurement strategies across marketing categories, including media, creative, partnerships, POS, merchandising, and market research.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify cost savings, process improvements, and agency optimization opportunities that support business objectives.
  • Lead supplier relationships, sourcing activities, and procurement performance tracking through key metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee POS creation, printing, fulfillment, and trafficking while ensuring quality, efficiency, and value across supplier networks.
  • Coach and develop a Marketing Procurement team member while driving accountability and results.

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of Procurement experience, including at least 5 years supporting Marketing Procurement categories.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions using data.
  • Proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent.
  • Experience managing marketing procurement categories such as POS, media, creative services, merchandising, or market research.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Remote with some travel to corporate office in Louisville, KY

The annual salary range for this role is $136,644- $204,966. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
