This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while still being an integral part of the school system's support team. You will interact daily with students, parents, and teachers virtually, creating a safe, supportive space for students to discuss their challenges. The role requires a blend of digital communication skills and clinical expertise to provide maximum support to our young clients and their families.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will:

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify students’ emotional and social challenges, understanding their unique backgrounds and experiences.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, school psychologists, and health professionals, to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of each student.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions that focus on topics such as anxiety, grief, behavioral issues, and coping strategies.
• Coordinate with external community organizations and resources to ensure students and families receive appropriate post-discharge support and services.
• Offer crisis intervention and support during critical situations, ensuring that students feel safe and heard during their most vulnerable moments.
• Educate families about available resources and treatment options, empowering them to engage actively in the support process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

The primary focus of this role is on the student population within a school setting, which includes children and adolescents facing a variety of psychosocial challenges. You will work with students from diverse backgrounds, addressing issues ranging from academic stress and peer relationships to family dynamics and mental health disorders. Your clinical interventions will play a critical role in enhancing their ability to thrive both academically and personally.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students, families, and educational staff.

While not required, the following experiences will enhance your candidacy:

• Two or more years of experience working in a school or mental health setting.
