Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and individualized interviewing techniques.
  • Create, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans tailored to each student's needs, ensuring alignment with educational goals and personal growth objectives.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions that focus on behavior management, building self-esteem, improving peer relationships, and crisis intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with educators, school administrators, parents, and community resources to develop and implement proactive strategies that foster students’ academic achievement and social-emotional growth.
  • Identify students requiring specialized services and facilitate referrals to mental health professionals or community service agencies to secure additional support.
  • Advocate for students’ rights, ensuring access to appropriate educational opportunities and resources while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications
