Job description

Welcome to BeeKind ABA Therapy, where we're all about making a difference in the lives of children and their families through compassionate and ethical ABA services.

BeeKind Clients: BeeKind clients host a variety of personality, independence and behaviors. As a staple to improve the mental health of working environments within ABA, BeeKind client maladaptive behaviors are the least intrusive to BeeKind Staff. Our ABA program focuses on social, communication, daily living skills and more.

THE BASICS

Pay: We offer a competitive pay range of $18 - $25 per hour + extensive employee benefits with part-time/full time opportunities +annual raises. Employee perks and benefit programs increase every year. Pay is based on educational background and experience. All BeeKind staff can increase pay opportunities through professional development, performance and paid remote training.

Position Schedule and Location: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday, In-Home, McDonough, GA.

All BeeKind cases are M-F. Enjoy a healthy work-life balance. BeeKind sessions last up to 3-4 hours per case. Plus, say goodbye to weekend work!

YOUR DAY AS AN REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will spend your days providing one-on-one ABA services to our clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Your mornings and afternoons will be filled with engaging and enjoyable sessions, tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. You will collect data during each session to track progress and write detailed session notes to document development.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN

40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills

Valid RBT certification

Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional

Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes

Comfort working in various settings and with different clients + previous in-home experience a plus!
