Job description

Numecent is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the successful implementation of
our solutions across enterprise environments. This role is customer-facing and strategic, guiding clients through pilot projects, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and full-scale rollouts.
You will collaborate closely with customers, product teams, and engineering to define
technical goals, ensure smooth delivery, and drive adoption. Your work will directly influence
client satisfaction, innovation, and the scalability of Numecent's solutions.
Responsibilities:Customer Engagement & Solution Leadership
  • Lead and own enterprise POCs and Pilots from initial discovery through validation,
    handoff, and production readiness.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer architects and EUC teams, guiding
    solution design and architectural decisions.
  • Translate customer business and technical requirements into scalable, secure
    architectures using Numecent technologies.

Pre-Sales & Architecture Design
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, including solution design, architecture reviews, and
    technical validation.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and deep-dive sessions tailored to
    customer environments.
  • Design end-to-end architectures incorporating common enterprise platforms such as
    Azure, Intune, SCCM, Citrix, and AVD.
  • Contribute technical input to RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and SOWs.

Delivery, Escalations & Internal Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Engineers, Support, and Product teams during pilots and
    onboarding.
  • Assist with technical escalations related to architecture, integrations, packaging,
    licensing, networking, or security.
  • Serve as a technical bridge between customers and Engineering, providing structured
    feedback and real-world use cases.
  • Help define and refine best practices, reference architectures, and repeatable
    deployment patterns.

Technical Leadership & Enablement
  • Maintain deep expertise across Numecent's product portfolio and modern enterprise
    EUC technologies.
  • Stay current on application delivery, MSIX, cloud infrastructure, identity, and security
    trends.
  • Represent Numecent professionally in customer meetings, technical forums, and
    industry events as needed.

Qualifications:• Enterprise IT Infrastructure & Cloud Technologies: Solid understanding of modern
enterprise environments, including hybrid and public cloud deployments
• Microsoft Entra: Experience working with Entra cloud services and managing desktop
environments
• Windows Application Management: Experience with application management
technologies such as MECM, SCCM, Intune, and others.
• Windows OS & Scripting: Proficiency with Windows Server/Desktop and scripting in
PowerShell
• Application Virtualization: Familiarity with application packaging such as App-V, MSIX,
Application Layering, and others.
• Published Applications & Virtual Desktops: Familiarity with application publishing
(e.g., Citrix, RemoteApp) and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) is a strong plus
• Networking Knowledge: Competence in networking fundamentals including proxies,
HTTP protocols, and basic troubleshooting
• Technology Evaluation & Innovation: Ability to assess new technologies and
recommend scalable solutions
• Certifications: Azure and AWS
