Job Description
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementations
  • Conduct requirements workshops and translate business needs into scalable solutions
  • Design and configure asset lifecycle processes including procurement, receiving, deployment, inventory, maintenance, and disposal
  • Implement software license management, reclamation, compliance, and optimization processes
  • Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Procurement, and ITSM
  • Define data models, asset classes, lifecycle states, and governance standards
  • Drive asset normalization and software entitlement management
  • Develop integrations and automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, and Scripted APIs
  • Integrate with SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Azure, and AWS
  • Establish ITAM governance, compliance, KPI reporting, and executive dashboards
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Security, Infrastructure, and Operations teams
  • Conduct training, workshops, and knowledge transfer
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITAM implementation experience
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Lifecycle Management
  • Enterprise-scale ServiceNow environment experience
